How template creation works

Configure and position fields
Enable or disable each field. The QR code, organisation logo, and each data field can be toggled independently.
Save and set as default
Save the template with a name. Mark it as the default for your organisation. Switch between templates when printing individual stickers or batches.
Why multiple templates matter
Different situations call for different label formats. An internal sample rack label might include every field — warp, weft, EPI/PPI, GSM, GLM, blend, approximate prices, variety, and QR. A label attached to a buyer sample might show only the design number, blend, and QR to keep it clean. A batch export label might prioritise different fields. Can different users use different templates?
Templates are organisation-wide and accessible to all users with print access. Any user can select any template when printing.
What fields can I include on a template?
Design number, warp, weft, GSM, GLM, blend composition, variety count, approximate price at 58-inch and 36-inch widths, organisation logo, and QR code. Each field can be enabled or disabled independently.
What happens to stickers printed from a template I later edit?
Previously printed stickers are unaffected. The QR code on any sticker continues to link to the live record, so spec information stays current regardless of the sticker layout.
